If you can't log into your account:

  1. Make sure your login name is spelled correctly, and keep in mind that your login name is case sensitive
  2. If you lost your password, click here to have it emailed to you.
  3. Counselors who have not used The Benefit Bank in over a year are automatically deleted. To find out the status of your counselor account, email tbbhelp@thebenefitbank.org.
